I live in Kyoto. Most mornings you'll find me somewhere quiet in the city with a pair of microphones, listening to places most people walk right past.
I compose music for contemplation. Burn some incense whilst listening.
I lead small, slow sound walks through Kyoto as Kyoto, in Sound — a few hours of listening together, and you leave with a recording of that morning.
I write, and make the occasional video letter from around the city. I also work with Kurasu, a local specialty coffee roaster, in their training team.
